    But like all good genius's he was a bit mad. i think there was another "world is gonna end" in 2004 and some looser bet his life savings on it actually happening.

    The world has ended at this stage more feckin times than I've had a durty kebab at 3am.

    Bring on the next arbitrary numeric date like 10th of the 10th 2010 omg we are all going to die! Load of fail, sure only one toaster went sentient in my house with the millennium bug, and sure it was only a useless feck before and all.

    I don't know why nobody mentions that the Mayans died out between the 8th and 9th century AD....

    Perhaps its wise not to take predictions of the future from extinct civilisations.... they already got one thing fundimental wrong...

    Ive allways wanted to see a follow up programme about the end of the world.
    You allways see those shows where they interview some spaz who beleaves the world is ending on dd/mm/yyyy and he has loads of followers and la dee daaah but never a show that tracks them down AFTER the date and see what they have to say. That would be far more interesting.

    Does anybody here know how to get Nat type 1 or even 2 for the PS3 with a wireless Perlico modem. (yes,i'm back with perlico).

    I've tried doing loads of things with ip address and stuff but am having no luck.:(

    Try the networking forum, much more likely to get an answer there than here.

    You can edit your router NAT settings via http://"YOURIP" or run-> telnet "YOURIP" but dont change anything you dont understand.

    Sony are just like the Perlico of gaming consoles:D.
    If you think about it,if the Xbox is made by Microsoft then is obvious that when it comes to internet stuff,its just going to be much easier.

    Xbox has NAT problems from time to time and if you're with eircom you have to go messing around with firewall settings to allow it to dl'd updates. So it's not all that dandy either.

    Anyone play the Wolfenstein demo that was released about a week ago?

    I think the cheese has slipped off the cracker a bit, for some reason you have magic powers. Perhaps i should have followed the other Wolfenstein story lines a bit more :pac:

    Good play though.

    On the subject of nat, all firewalls have a dmz function, enable it, stick ur console in it, bam, no nat errors again, the xbox is better at handling nat as its been around longer (well online anyway) sony ps3 cannot compete in any form with the online features of the sexbox360
