As for leggings, ban them I say. They look hot on about 1 out of 100 girls, the rest just look nasty.

Saw an uber-fat girl the other day in Dublin wearing normal sized leggings...

MAHAAAAA!!! Oh god it was disgusting, you could see her whiteness and little bundles of tubb all over her legs...

On first arriving at the place, I was rather shocked to see the utter lack of imagination and style exhibited by much of the student body.
What may look like a once off freak at their home town, in college it's seen as normal, and many just conform to the same unconformity of their fellow students.

I rather naively assumed that college somehow attracted people with a bit of unconventionality, a bit of daring about them.
Depends on the course. Look for arts courses, and you'll see a lot more unconventionality.

are you new or something because it's not usual for students to go around campus in their jim-jams :p lol

last year in my anthropology class, we were assigned to do something usual and comment on people's reactions... and the tame people went to lectures in their pyjamas and wrote up a report :D

but then again some students are too lazy/hungover to bother to get changed! lol all i can say is - embrace the weirdness coz it's only going to get weirder!
