Increasing no. NCPS Vans?

Has anybody noticed the increasing amount of NCPS vans? ( Nationwide Controlled Parking Systems ). I see them in college, local shopping centers, Local Areas. Just as I noticed today I am seeing these everywhere I spotted one hounding all the cars in a car park looking for every opertunity to clamp somebody. 5 minutes…

I see them in college, local shopping centers, Local Areas.

Just as I noticed today I am seeing these everywhere I spotted one hounding all the cars in a car park looking for every opertunity to clamp somebody. 5 minutes later pulling into my estate another one drives out!

They're everywhere... :eek:
