    Howdy,

    Assuming that you cant afford drink or drugs, you've already had a quick, sly one on your couch, most your friends are in doing lectures and its pissing rain outside.

    What did you do, AH ?! I beg thee for thy guidance, because I'm quite bored and considering studying, which can't be good !

    Don't you have a games console or a bed?

    Toasted cheese sandwiches, tea and Pro Evolution Soccer will pass any amount of time.

    Failing that - go back to bed and sleep.

    But we only have 3 and a half channels in my college house ! There's only so much Jeremy Kyle that one man can take ! :(

    Went to the pub, got sausage rolls in superquinn. We occasionally went to the cinema if there was a huge gap.

    Back in the day we used to...

    - sit in the college canteen
    - play soccer (although that was mostly in the evenings with the soccer club)
    - go to the gym
    - study

    We usually descended on the canteen en masse, and enjoyed cups of tea that tasted exactly like mushroom soup...I miss college:(

    Failing that...i dunno, read a book or something!

    Used to sit around smoking ciggarettes and looking at MTV!

    Played homemade Monopoly!!

    Or went to the pub, a fiver went a long way in those days!!!

    Oh to be a student again bar the awful housing and the terrible Tesco wine!! :D

    I used to get friends (sometimes their friends) who were studying spanish come beside me asking to check their grammar. No feckin siestas for me. It used to wreck my head until i noticed it got me free pints in the bar.

    Sit in the canteen and play 'would ya?' If you say yes to 5 people in a row you have to go and talk to the last one.

    All I did was watch TV, play computer games, drink and shout at people out the window of my campus apartment.
    Apart from that you could use your spare time to play practical jokes on people that annoy them and entertain you.

    Just stay in bed for the day OP. You'll regret not doing it when you eventually become a real person (i.e. when you have a job) and you won't have that option anymore.

    Yeah same with me, 9 hours a week at the moment, and the study hasn't really started piling on yet so...yeah. Stumble upon some stuff, there's the odd hour of moderate amusement to be had there.


    Actually, I have a can in the fridge so I know how I'm passing the next while :D
