2003 Skoda SuperB 1.9TDI Turbo problem

Hi everyone, I thing turbo on my car is gone(200000 miles on the clock), underpowered, white smoke, strange sound from turbo during drive. Where is the best place to buy new turbocharger, except Skoda garage(they want 1000euro+Vat for new turbo)?

there's a guy in Portlaoise that rebuilds/sells turbos. I believe somebody from here used him. Run a search
