What do the different fonted usernames mean? Bold, italic, italic-bold, stars, etc?

I always used to assume that bold was for mods and italic was for admins, but now I've noticed that some people have bold-italic names (both fonts), while others have just italic, and some of these have a number of stars underneath their username, etc...

Can someone break down how you recognize different types of users? What's an italic without the bold, for example? Admin?

Admins are recognised by five golden stars, and their usernames are both bold and italic.

Moderators are indentified by four silver stars above their avatar, their username in bold in their profile, and Mod beside the forums they Moderate in their profile.

Subscribers have four red stars, and username in italics.
