come Saturday, its all over bar the shouting. So.. all these riled up and angry yes and no campaigners, lets give them something else to debate and lie about!

So, what do the good citizens of AH think we should put to the vote next?

*note to mods, this is meant to be light-hearted, please don't move to that dungeon of a politics forum..

An amendment to remove this kind of crap would be a start:
"In particular, the State recognises that by her life within the home, woman gives to the State a support without which the common good cannot be achieved."

    and this:
"In the Name of the Most Holy Trinity, from Whom is all authority and to Whom, as our final end, all actions both of men and States must be referred"

    and this:
"Humbly acknowledging all our obligations to our Divine Lord, Jesus Christ, Who sustained our fathers through centuries of trial"

Licence to have a child would be a good one.

Can only imagine; "Vote no or they'll cut off your mickeys!" Coircampaign.org 2010

Should our politicians be required to pass a basic IQ test before they can qualify for office?

A referendum referendum, to decide whether or not we should have any more.

A referendum to ban moaning, although then people would have nothing to do all day!

  • Registered Users Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

    A right to bear arms.

The bears wont be happy with that one.

A referendum to down size our ministers, after all most of them could lose some weight.

    An expenses referendum?

If there's a Yes vote then it has to be Lisbon 3. Best 2 out of 3 is only fair.

Yes maybe but it would require the attorney generals approval first clearly.

Fatal flaw in democracy: Half the voters are of below average intelligence.
Restrict the vote to those with an IQ of 100+

The best thing is - that referendum would pass :)

    How about the LizBonnin treaty?

    I'd vote yes!

    fap fap fap

    I've explained this.

Its goes to the away votes rule in the event of a tie. Since the Yes side were clearly absent from the first campaign I am guessing that this is their home leg.

What about a referendum that will allow us to punch Dana in the face every time it rains?
