First dont freak out about it..I know easier said than done, but trust me that one is a downward spiral
Its all about time management and Organisation. If you have stuff going on outside college (issues) try to sort them out as best you can, then get a routine for yourself and stick to it (taking care to purposefully wander from it at times too )
Less time thinking about oh no Im behind dont know what to do next the further behind you might fall, so start doing stuff and get on with it really

It's hard to tell how to approach it OP. First and foremost I would say get on top of the Social Needs module.

How exactly are you falling behind?
