Am i infected?

I got this warning tonight and think i might be infected. i have run avg free, windows defender and spybot S&D and they have all come back clean. Also my outlook sent a mail the other night to everybody in my address book and anybody i had ever mailed before automatically. I presume I have some sort of virus but how do i…

If that's what I was doing why would i be still here waiting on a response? I'm looking for help not smart answers!
FYI, its much the same problem as described in the thread below this one

its great for removing Virus and Malware

PS. can you remove the word doc as it could be infected
