Please move if i've posted in the wrong place.

I recently started running again having been on a lazy buzz for a few months. I’m delighted with the progress I’ve making – have so much more energy and in such better form. Then at the weekend I was jumping on a trampoline, just messing around for a few minutes – nothing acrobatic or the like – and hurt my back. It seems to have gone into spasm or something. It happened to me a few months ago and I let it get really bad and ended up needing physio. I don’t want that to happen again. I’ve taken anti-inflammatories and have voltarol on it. It’s the sorest when I stand up having been sitting down for a while. I was just wondering whether I should go to the gym and work out on the cross trainer or go spinning or something for a while tonight? Or is this likely to aggravate it? What should I do?

Walk. There are very few conditions where walking does not improve things. Most physios and chiropractors reckon they'd lose half their business if everyone walked for 30+ minutes a day.
