http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/download.htm

mediacoder is able to do this. just drag the file into the window and select your output audio with no video.

Cherryghost, when i tried i got an error message saying error loading Nero encoder. Also where do i find the option for audio only with no video. Thanks for your help.
