Finding out who owns the deeds to sites in Dublin

    hey there

    Wondering if anyone can help. how would i go about finding out who owns property/ sites in and around dublin city. Would it be through the land registry?

    Some property is in the land registry. If it is 'old' property, you will probably have to look at the registry of deeds. To find stuff in registry of deeds, you will probably have to go through one of the legal search companies, such as DLS. This will cost a bit (maybe 70 euros) but this will save you money, unless you have an awful lot of time on your hands.
