Have you tired Settings > Call Settings > All Calls > Auto reject, Activation set to "on" and then put the numbers in the reject list.

o2 have a service called block it that blocks texts, but not calls, but iirc you ported away from o2?

I am on vodafone at present.

Have you tired Settings > Call Settings > All Calls > Auto reject, Activation set to "on" and then put the numbers in the reject list.
