Help finding name of old school tune.

Hey guys, I have been trying to track down an old song that used to be playing when I first started going out clubbing ect in the Privilege nightclub in Longford...

The song might be from somewhere between 96 and 99. It had the sound of a modem connecting (or a fax machine?) and was a pretty cool tune. For some reason, we had it in our heads that it might be called telecomunications breakdown or something similar, although we have not been able to track it down when searching for this.

Sorry, know it's not much to go on, but it's been bothering my mates and I for a while.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply Klim. It's not actually the one I'm looking for but is surprisingly close to it. I think the one I'm looking for is a few years older.
It may even have been round before I started clubbing in 96/97.
