PVC ceiling cladding?

Hi! I was wondering if someone can answer me this question in regards to pvc ceiling cladding in a restaurant kitchen. Well basically the question is......Would it be ok? Especially regards to health inspectors. Thx in advance!

A suspended ceiling would have to be suitable for food areas.
Some pvc ceilings would be, some wouldn't. it depends on the manufacturer, style, finish etc.
Check with the manufacturer.
