Polar s710 - which Chest Strap?

Hi Guys and Gals, Have a feeling I'll need to replace my Heart Rate Monitor Chest Strap Transmitter soon. (as I don't think you can change the battery) I've been checking eBay, CRC, etc. to see if I can get a strap/transmitter there. BUT...I can't figure out what model I need for the S710.
