I was in Trim for a wedding a few years back and there was a fortune teller in a pub complaining that she had arrived for a festival a week early because of a misprint in an event calender.

    It couldn't be ..... Madam Snow-Monkey:eek:

I have done that too. I blame women with window cleaning stuff.

My ex's mum had a stupid dog that never did get the concept of glass patio doors. The shock on his little face as he came for dinner always raised a smile.

    Morning all :)

I'm lucky in a way, I never picked up an accent from Cork, Waterford or Dublin... It's just a general un-placeable Irish accent. I'd prefer a cork accent to a Waterford one any day though :pac:

    Happy Friday my arse :(

My journey back home is jinxed - After yesterdays fiasco, I was all set today, have to drop some bits and bobs off to clients. Left the apartment at 4 to be in plenty of time... Then the first train was late leaving, missing it's connection, the following train was late, meaning I missed the ferry I was supposed to be going on, and I refused to pay another 27 quid to get on the ferry after that because my ticket didn't apply for it (Which I'm regretting now... but 27 quid = nearly 50 Euros... for a single... when I already have a ticket), so I'm stuck here until three now, meaning it'll be all hours before I can see the clients, which means I'll have to go to the backarse of nowhere, and THEN get the last bus from Dublin to Waterford.

    Aaaaaaaaaaargh.
