Owww my legs hurt lol, ran 18 miles earlier for my marathon training:P I'll be grand by Friday but have an aerobics class in the morning also:(

Beans on toast is such a good recovery food hehe!!

I'm a glutton for punishment (a little rough never hurts eh:D)

Its part of the course i'm doing so not optional sadly, and its every Thursday morn...the day after my long runs in training ugh:(:(

pity about the charger. i've been through multiple charger break-downs in my time and i understand the pain of it all.

I am checking in and can confirm at least 3 of us travelling at the weekend are doing grand:P Was good fun and both Clare and Galway are such beautiful places to visit:D Shame i didnt take any photos with my camera lol:pac:

Hallooo internets! It's been a while

. I am tired! When I returned to the pile of springs that I was to sleep in on sunday there was some small party going on in the place, and I was forced again to be up till frecken 5 o clock! What's more, after growing accustomed to tar sleeping next to me I didn't get a wink

There are going back to college festivities on now it seems, and some of my friends can't go to the brog, so this will be an interesting time.

Good meet up that was, burren was nice, so was tofu :P. Next is carauntoohil, or however it is spelled correctly

Edit: also when I visited my brother in cork he had a new kitten, and then in my house there is a new bulldog who doesn't like me at all but is lovely all the same. Yup yup.

Good stuff, I made friends with the bulldog there. It's a she too, I thought she was gonna bite me, and I was gonna let her, but then she just licked my hand

Lordy, I appear to be over-excited, I have to leave the house again soon like, I guess it's all the hurrying.

And didn't we agree that rats are super cute? Have a look at that picture somewhere on here, then outsidesy the rat won't be so bad.
