Moving some boxes from Dublin to Cork - cheapest way possible!

We have a few boxes (total weight about 30kg, total size ; 1 suitcase) to move from Dublin to Cork and we're wondering what is the absolute cheapest way to move them? The trains used to do station to station, but they've stopped that and I'm wondering does anyone know of other options, please?
