    I'm not a Williams fan but in her defence the lines peson has to use a bit of cop on . It was at a critical time in the match. I don't think it was a foot fault. It was on her 2nd serve and handed the other one the match. Maybe the little chinese one wanted to be famous for a day. It was amusing.
