Fitness classes??

Hi guys, Just wondering does anyone know of any fitness classes (aerobics, kick boxing dancing etc.)being held anywhere at weekends? I work shift so cant make it to classes on weekdays, every week. Any help would be great, thanks..

River's Edge do Tae-Kwan-do (spelling?) and other fitness classes during the week and the weekends. There's also a place on McCurtain St that do Kickboxing but I can't remember the name of it.
