    10 Week weigh-in tonight.

    so, been dieting/gym ten weeks now. Milstone weigh-in tonight. I have to say i'm not confidant, as the last few weeks have slowed, and I certainly have cheated more often these last two weeks.
    Oh well, If I have a decent weigh in i'm treating myself to my first "burger" in 2 months plus.

    Well, its still a pretty healthy burger.
    Crusty whole wheat bun, 100g slice of lean turkey, grilled, tomato, onions, letuce, relish,
    no chips, just veg on the side
