We have a fully furnished room available on St. Pappins Rd. from now. You'd be sharing the house with one professional and 2 final year DCU students. We are ideally looking for a recently graduated professional, a post grad student or a quieter undergraduate to take the room.
The house is in excellent condition, gas heating and cooker, electrical shower and new cooker, couches, beds etc. We've never had any problems with the landlord either.
