    Hi,

I work within the PAYE system but about 2 years ago I sent up a ltd company on the side. Its not making any money and really only to facilitate a hobby and to quench my desire to start something up.

My question is: if I was ledt go from my PAYE employment tomorrow how would my benefits be impacted by having a directorship/ltd company?

    Thanks in advance.

It all depends on what class stamps you are paying. If they are A class you are entitled to all benefits, regardless of whether you pay an S con stamp in your Ltd co employment.
