    It is id say,for sale now.Apparently there was an austin princess in the garage too,but i didnt see it.

    He used to have an old Kadett, too with a XX KY XX re-reg on it. My memory says 1938, but I'm not too sure. Wikipedia says they were built from 1937 to 1940.

    Pretty sure that Lotus is post 1977, judging by the rear lights for starters.

    Interesting,the reg is definatly july 77.Maybe it was modified?
    There was alot of chat about the ***BIN reg merc that was for sale there a few months back too.

    Came up on Mywheels as having a 3.0L engine, the real thing had a 3.6L engine. I'd say it's just a GSi 3000 with a bodykit. Also according to the site, it was originally red and hasn't been taxed since 1998 :eek:

    Seems the original car was written off and re-shelled into a re sprayed 3000 GSi shell so in classic terms it's a bodge job!

    But it does have the proper 3.6 litre twin turbo running gear.
