    money.. notepad... pen... maybe not a laptop, but an external hard drive/pendrive might help... if you're anything like me.. an alarm clock to get there on time :P

    Books, dvd's, etc if you want 'em.

    • Pyjamas for the cat
    • A single head of cabbage
    • Some chalk
    • A rubber band
    • 3 easy singles

    Seriously just think of the things you'll be needing week to week. When I'm going down to college on a Sunday evening I do a run down in my head of the essentials (for me anyway). i.e Wallet, phone, bag, laptop, mp3 player, clothes etc.

    a bag, stationary stuff. clothes.
    After that depends on where your living, I need to being ll my kitchen gear with me.
    Laptops important to me- its a phone(skype), radio, music player, dvd player, game console and not to mention doing work and using the web
