Is a 60cm dish sufficient for Astra 28.2E

Hey guys, I'm in Dublin and I'm fairly new at the satellite game. I saw a relatively cheap sat kit with a 60cm dish for FTV. Is 60cm enough or is it worth going bigger?

if its only for astra then should be fine in Dublin,
