How do you Geo-block your site?

I know a strange question since generally speaking we all look to undo the geo-blocking on most sites. But how do you geo-block? Is their code/programmes that you can run?

Generally it means getting a good IP list for countries and blocking them at IP level. The alternative is to use an Apache mod like this:
