    Hey-if it turned out I failed my repeat(which i get the results for next week),is there any way I wont have to repeat the year? I really dont want to!:(

    You could repeat externally but I guess that's kinda still repeating. But it would cost less.

    But there's no way you can progress to the next year without passing the one that you've just done.

    You could appeal your result, but it'd want to be just shy of the mark & you'd need sufficient grounds for an appeal.

    As far as I know they are changing the repeat system. The 'external' repeat will no longer be an option but the cost of an 'internal' repeat will be reduced. I don't have any details to hand but the Fees Office or Students' Union should be able to fill people in about the changes.
