    Hey all,

Just moved into a rented house recently and I've a problem with UPC, I have there analogue tv and broadband, but the 'cable box' on the wall is having issues with the two connections, when the tv cable is in the left it doesn't work and in the right it does work, same goes for the broadband cable, will UPC have to be called out to fix it and will it cost me money? Or is there a simple way to fix this?

    Any help always appreciated!

Its not a fault only one of the ports outputs a signal for tv and broadband. The other is for radio. A split would be required to use the internet and tv at the same time.
