Maynooth to Sandyford Industrial Estate

OK I'm driving from Maynooth to Sandyford next Thursday, I need to be there for 10am. If I drive in the N4 and take M50 what would be the journey time and is there a better route? Thanks.

Giving yourself an hour should be ok, but that depends on 'incidents'. At worst (the Big Snow aside) it has taken me 1 hour 15 minutes and since the N4 works were finished, 40 minutes or so.

N4-M50 is the best route as far as I'm concerned.
