Changing Course

I am changing course and I was told that its possible to us credits from my previous course and not have to do electives in my first year of m new course. How do I go about this? cheers

Its called using transfer credits, I did it to get exempt from my electives as well as five of my core options. Talk to the programme offices of the course you are leaving and the course you are entering.
