mpeg4 convert

I have an 42" LG7000, and I bought a viaccess mpeg4 converter for it. However it has not worked. There is no problem with signal strength / quality, I can recieve radio channels and teletext. Does anyone know why it wont work? Thanks

Three questions - is this the viaccess NP4 card? Does your TV support it? Could you pick up the MPEG-2 signal when it was broadcast?

I've consistently advised against these.

Wait till next year when the Service actually launches and buy a set-box.
