SATELLITE TV FOR MOBILE HOME

Hi guys, I'm checking this out for a friend of mine. Would anyone know whats the best type of satelliete dish to get for a mobile home, looking for a quality picture and the basic chanells such as all the rte's, bbc,utv, channell 4 and etc. its for a moble home in kerry... also roughly how much would they be asking for?

Only subscription to Sky will give you access to RTE on the satellite.

they actually have the rte on free to air, so just the basic uk chanells

Any auld dish will do you - even the Lidl ones.

The Basic UK Channels are all FTA, with plenty more FTA channels coming in from that direction.

The dish may be a bit on the small side though for reliable picture quality during bad weather, especially if you're in the West.

Can't argue with the price though.

I see the dish http://www.aldi.ie/ie/html/offers/offers_week36Sunday09.htm they are selling is the smaller version of the phillex kit widely available in most electrical shops. I will say that the dish and wall brackets are a lot stronger and the back brackets on the dish are not plastic.
