    Shannanigan is the codeword for a sleeper agent placed in deep cover the Shannon area by CIA in 1985 to protect US Military Planes being attacked by mad wans. Shannanigans posts are a desperate measure by the CIA to locate their agent. In a top secret move they are also sending another plant Muhammad Ali to the region in September to flush him out.
