Now what did we just see here ?
The suspect remained calm during a volley of tear gas and smoke grenade assualts. Seatbelt still on, not speaking or displaying any threatening behaviour whatsoever.
We also see a very cautious swat team backing off very quickly after spraying a stream of pepper spray into the (now broken) drivers side window.
However, the driver remained in his vehicle to the sheer amazement of everyone watching live.

Project Camelot and Bill Deagle reported a story that occurred on August 13 in Los Angeles involving Joseph Moshe, a biological-scientist with a dual citizenship in Israel.

Moshe phoned Dr. Tru Ott's radio show and said that he had evidence that the vaccine company Baxter was making a bioweapon that would cause a plague when the vaccine was released.

The day after Moshe phoned the radio show, a swat team surrounded his Volkswagen Beetle near the Federal building near the Israeli consulate which was apparently Moshes destination. The federal building was locked down at noon and employees were told to stay inside.

The mainstream media spun a story that Moshe had threatened the White House with a bomb, that there were outstanding warrants against him and that he was depressed. No mention of that Moshe was a biological-scientist or the information he provided on Dr. True Otts radio show about the vaccine company Baxter.

This resulted in an eight hour standoff. A large armored military vehicle with microwave weapon, a robot and other equipment were brought in. It was reported that the electronics of the Volkswagen and Moshes cell were disabled by the microwave.

Moshe sat in the car smoking for hours before a robot broke a rear window of the car so officers could see inside and try to communicate.

Police eventually fired 4 volleys of tear gas into the window of the Volkswagen. But Moshe remained inside the car and briefly wound down the passenger window to let out the fumes. Police broke the drivers side window of the Volkswagen and tasered Moshe.

NBC LA reported on Aug 17 that Moshe was in jail but Dr. Deagle says that Moshe has been sent to Israel.

Wow that's a hilarious thread.

"Here's something we don't know, therefore it must be part of a conspiracy!"

For example they say this guy's mother refuses to comment this must mean she's part of his cover story.

But then they trust completely unverified information from random sources.

And then some guy has the same name and this guy is a scientist so therefore the first guy must have been arrested for vaccine stuff.

Then the Nazis and the Mossad get involved.

Yes, the real media forgot to mention he was Joseph Moshe, a biological-scientist, read my post above.
The REAL media also forgot to mention he had called a radio show 2 days earlier and warned against Baxter's swine flu vaccine.

well, the OP makes the claim that they are the same people, I know this may come as a shock to you but people do often shorten their names, hell I do it meself. so its not unusual that he chose to drop the Bar part when he is in the states.

and the OP website has the photo from that website and the photo from the police files and I have to say there is a reasonable similarity between the two

so if its not the same guy then can you provide some info as to who it is??

And some people have similar names. For example I am apparently a famous cricketer, rugby and soccer player.

They don't look alike.
They both have moustaches that's about it.

And the only evidence that he was going to go public with anything is an anonymous report on the internet.

And if this guy was going to blow the lid on the hole plot, why did they send a near army of SWAT to get him?
Wouldn't they just send two guys in suits and make him disappear?

And why is the "evidence" linking him to this plot still available?
How hard would it be to take down one or two obscure government and science webpages?

And how come they aren't doing this to the other "scientists" speaking out about the vaccine?

Here's what I think happened.
A guy sees this arrest on the news and gets it in his head that the government is doing something fishy. He goggles the guys name and finds this other guy with a similar name who works in virology (citrus plants are kinda like people) then this theorist jumps to the conclusion that the guy being arrested must be involved in swine flu.

Not a stretch of the imagination?

Who or what exactly was this man?, yesterday there were video's up on a site, now they are gone, but in these video's this man with no mask or any type of respirator, sat in the car as 4 can's of tear gas were thrown in, the amount of gas was only fully seen in the video's the stills dont do it justice, it was a huge amount of smoke/gas in the car, it had no effect whatsoever, then they sprayed him with what seemed a few litres of pepperspray into the face, STILL! he sat there no effect.
This is the site and the video's have been taken off, it's worth a look even if it confuses things a little more. Theres a radio article about this strange case near the top of the page(borders on David Icke kinda stuff a little), but the reality defying video's are gone.

Joseph Moshe (Moshe is the man's middle name) is a bio-scientist. He works (worked?) for a unit within Mossad. He is an Israeli citizen.

Moshe did not suffer the same effects of the gas and pepper spray that others would have because he had built up an immunity to such weapons as a by-product of his Mossad training.

Moshe was not handcuffed because he was not placed under arrest. After leaving police or FBI custody, he returned to Israel, where he is at this time.

Hold up a tick. If that's his middle name then he can't be the doctor listed on the Israeli government website because that guy's last name is Moshe.

.... and the moral of the tale is.... don't phone radio shows saying nasty things about Baxter.

According to Wikipedia, in early 2009 Baxter supplied an "unintentionally contaminated" vaccine material with a deadly influenza virus, to a series of European laboratories. The deadly strain was detected after it killed test animals in a lab. Thats a very serious "mistake" for a company that makes over $5 billion in sales (44% of it's profits) in vaccines and bio-pharmaceuticals.

2009 avian flu contamination

In early 2009 supplies of unintentionally contaminated vaccine material with Influenza A virus subtype H5N1 provided by Baxter International were sent to a series of European laboratories. The deadly H5N1 strain was mixed with the less harmful H3N2 subtype of the seasonal flu virus, and was detected after it killed test animals in a lab in the Czech Republic. Though there was a risk of serious consequences, Baxter claimed the controls over the distribution of the virus were stringent and there was little chance of the virus harming humans.
