Italy, Tuscany package holidays?

Anyone been or recommend a holiday package for about a week, start of October for 2 adults to Tuscany or a lakey area of Italy. With short day tours and the evenings free to do what you liked. With perhaps wine tasting, historic and countryside type stuff.

We usually go independently to Italy so I can’t recommend anyone. Usually get an apartment or villa off homelidays then a cheap flight and hire a car.

Most of the tour operators who have a lakes and mountains (Garda and the lakes are covered in lakes and mountains brochures) programme will normally stop the last week of September. Just checked Topflight there and they have nothing going out the 1st week of October.

I am not sure who else would offer Italy?

Try www.thetraveldepartment.ie They do package holidays to Italy in October with excursions included
