    Didnt know where to put this, so here it is, if I do a PLC course in waterford, do you guys in WIT know if ill be allowed into that dome thing to watch like soccer matches with mates who went to WIT?
    Am I allowed on WIT campus basically?

    Also, can I rent a house on WIT campus there, even if im doing the PLC a few miles away? Like get the bus to and fro.

    1st years registration day is Sept. 3rd & 4th.

    Everyone else back the 8th.

    You will be informed (usually late enough) about the date your due in and the procedure. Unless its changed, you get a ticket and wait in the canteen to be called in batches. Then you sign up in the main business building, get your picture taken and get your WIT Card. Then your done afaik. Your called in for an induction day the 7th I think, given the tour of the college and introduced to your course leader. :)

    You can go to the dome it's an open bar for everyone not just WIT students. However all WIT accommodation will only be available to WIT students

    Yep totally true, I think the only exception being the college Christmas day...to keep the rift raft from UCC/UL etc out.;)
    Anybody vaguely remeber on their 1st year registration day some wise guys peddling some sort of 3euro registration card for the Dome,that apparently you wouldent be allowed in during the year without it. Dident fall for it myself but is that racket still targeting the poor innocent unsuspecting first years?:pac:
