traffic around dublin port in mornings?

Hi On Tues 2nd Sept we will be travelling by ferry to hollyhead. We live in Dublin city centre and we will need to be at the Ferryport by 8.10am at the latest. Any ideas what traffic is like on quays and in the actual port at that time of the morning?? Schools will be back by then so im sure that makes a difference? Thanks…

Wednesday morning? You should take whatever toll road there, but TBH there is no problem around there as the roads are pretty good. Only the north quay ever backs up, and that is during concerts in the evenings.
