    Ok so i've noticed lately that if i put tissues or something onto my dressing table that sometimes random purple marks will appear on them (dots and just purpleness in general) then yesterday i discovered on a second bed in my room (right beside the dressing table and this bed is usually under my other bed if that makes sense so its only been out for the last few nights) there were purple "trails" on it... kinda like tyre marks but obviously not from tyres, they were small enough.... anyone any ideas what this could be??? :confused: Theres no leaks or anything from my ceiling.... i didn't pay much attention until there were marks in the bed.

    If its in the wrong section i'm sorry... didn't know where to put it......

    it sounds like the purple snail,hence the purple goo-trails.
    since been accidentally introduced to the country about a year ago they've been slowly taking over,doing away with all our native snails.
    there was a segment about them on a program on rte over the weekend.
    like a regular snail,only purple.

    Have you tried smelling it? It's something that's squirting in the vicinity of your dressing table, some kind of perfume could well be the cause.

    Even if perfume could explain the tissues... doesn't explain the marks on the sheet because i haven't sprayed perfume in that room since the bed was put up.....
