A friend of mine's dad used to be a bouncer. He told me this story which was pieced together from about 4 video cameras and 3 people's seperate stories.

One night he went into the bathroom to find a cubicle door open, a lad sitting with his trousers around his ankles, vomit all over him, and passed out. This wouldn't be the first time something like this has happened, so with the help of another bouncer, he escorted the lad through the club and off the premises. While they were bringing the lad outside, two girls ran across shouting "what happened to him?" and being generally hysterical.
"the lads obviously had a bit too much to drink, I think you should take him home". The girls told the bouncer that he was their designated driver, a pioneer who hadn't ever in his life drank.

A barman then told the bouncer that he'd overheard someone saying "you should've seen what just happened to some poor lad in the jacks, the lad in red's after knocking him out".

Turns out that some chap had grabbed a shot too many at the bar, and gone to the bathroom to get sick, cubicles were taken at the time, but he was about to spew and kicked one of the doors in, violently throwing up everywhere at the same time. When he looked up, he saw that he had gotten sick on a lad who was obviously raging at him, and instead of getting his head kicked in, had just punched the guy full on in the side of the head, knocking him completely unconscious.

Definitely a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time for the designated driver!
