How to get ink off a plastic tablecloth/oilcloth

Can't see this being the right forum but couldn't really think of where else to put it, basically long story short there's blue ink on the plastic tablecloth/oilcloth (not sure what it is) on my kitchen table and it won't come off, tried white spirits, vinegar, baking soda, etc...
