Oil Slick Skin- Help!

    Hi,

I have normal to combination skin the rest of the year, erring more on the normal side- in the Summer it turns into a horrid oil slick though (not that we've had much of a Summer, but there you go)

Does anyone have any products that they could recommend, or any good regimes, masks, etc? I have spent a fortune on products that have done nothing for me over the years, so would really appreciate advice from anyone who has a similar skintype. To throw a spanner into the works, also have sensitive skin..:(

    Thanks in advance, y'all!

Cleanse with the simple cleanser, it's not oily in the slightest.
There's a clean and clear toner for sensitive skin that's savage. It's like an aqua blue in colour I think.
Simple's moisturiser is good too. I use the rich one because my skin is normal-to-dry type and this leaves it nice and matted. They have a light one too, which might be more suited to you! :)

I'd recommend exfoliating. I think it does wonders for your skin.

I use on Olay regenerist cleanser which is a mild exfoliant but I think any facial exfoliant will work. I prefer the ones with actual grains in them so you xcan feel them rather than ones that have 'beads' for chemical exfoliation.

Clearasil do a range for sensitive skin and they are great. I use the J&J facewipes first then use the clearasil cleanser (its a blue colour) and it sorted out my skin. I also have sensitive skin but this works. Its only about €4.50 too and lasts ages.
