    Hi All

A friend has a 2000 Honda Accord and the ABS light is staying on while driving. I heard somewhere theres a way to diagnose the problem yourself. Could anyone advise how to do this ?

There is a separate ABS computer that will blink its own code. Not sure where it is, could be under the liner in the boot.

It was something like that - any idea where I'd find the codes ?

Using Diagnostic software or a diagnostic tool you should be able to read diagnostic trouble codes from the ABS sub control unit. These codes could be manufacturer specific though and mean little unless you have a reference list. With something as safety critical as this, it might be more advisable to go to a specialist.

From what I heard theres a way of doing it with two wires in the abs port and read the flashing symbol on the dash.
Just wondering if someone know where I would find the guide ?

Ah ok, I don't know too much about Honda's. So it like a blinking sequence. Do you have reference to these though?

    Best luck with it.
