Noticed the theme tune for the original series at a few points in the last episode. As well as a few original Cylons. Nice touch.

From what he said he's leaning towards, the Razor/The Plan cues will be on the prospective boxset of unreleased BSG music, not a seperate album.

I was mistaken - Iwas taking that from McCreary's earlier comments on one of his blog posts, not the newer update.

All and all, I don't care about abot McCreary doubling up as I'm more interesting in all of those releases than most other prospective music releases.

It's 40euro on Cdwow, that's crazy money for a CD. The soundtrack is more expensive than the DVD!

I won't be buying that at release, like I was planning to do.

Had the priviledge of listening to the Season 4 OST today and I can categorically say that it is the best soundtrack I have ever heard .
A Masterpiece and I dont use that word lightly .

Yeah, it's a bit crap alright. I pre-ordered on Amazon.com anyway, $26 incl expedited shipping. Doesn't ship till the 28th though, and then it'll be about 10 days for delivery.

If anyone wants to get their hands on the songs and get them on to their ipod then I suggest downloading "Free Studio Manager". Has a nice download from youtube and convert to mp3 feature.

I'd question the seller on that if I were you. He added a track listing, but it's from Transformers 2. Make sure this is the 2 CD set as well.

Good point, in my haste I missed that. However I don't believe a one-disc version exists, therefore I would be entitled to a refund if it somehow was a one-disc version. His feedback seems relatively solid too.

Anyway, it shipped on Monday so I will find out soon and let you know.

I love it, but i still think Season 2 had the best soundtrack. Havent listened to Season 4 as much as i'd like yet, but Season 2 just edges it so far.

I used to love season 2 the most by a mile. 3 was such a slow burner but trakcs like Violence and Variations and Someone to Trust grew on me. Season 4 OST arrived this morning from the seller above by the way - looking forward to really getting a listen in.

Fav tracks so far include "Kara's Coordinates", "Caprica City before the fall", "Gaeta's Lament" and Kara Remembers.

All kind of obvious so far I guess. Still gaining appreciation for the lesser knowns.

Listen to "The Line" I absolutely love it. Kinda reminds me of the Sarah Connor Chronicles music a bit. Absolutely love the way it fades into the Roslin and Adama theme at the end.

I actually love every track on the soundtrack. Can't get enough of it. "The Heart of the Sun" brings up so much emotion when I hear the bit right at the end when you see Anders in the CIC and everything is glowing red. Love it, love it, love it.
