Hersonissos (Crete) & the Mastorakis Studios

    Hey. We're soon heading off to the Mastorakis Studios in Hersonissos, Crete with Falcon Holidays. Just wondering if anybody has stayed there or knows anything about them? Is it clean, are rooms big, noisy, whats the pool like, what age group would it suit, etc.

    Also, has anybody been to Hersonissos (or elsewhere in Crete) recently? What can we expect weatherwise? Weather reports are showing it doesnt seem to be too hot yet. What can we expect from hersonissos apart from that?

    Any other advice welcome! Thanks...

    Just wondering how you found the holiday in MASTORAKIS STD2. Just looking at a holiday there in september it seems like good value .

    Very good. Went as a young couple and found it great.
    Not suited to older people really. Only 20 rooms in the hotel and hardly anyone over the age of 30 there and 24 hour bar and all that goes with it!
    Rooms are a bit basic but we were happy with them - all you needed really. Close to main strip too.
    Had no complaints overall.
