Amazon.co.uk payment question?

Hello I bought a 3 month xbox live card but lost the dam card somewhere :(. I went to purchase another 3 month card on amazon BUT it asks me for a credit card even tough I have £17.33 left in my account and the subscription costs £13.69 whats wrong? :(

Either VAT or postage, or both I would imagine. Amazon UK add VAT onto their items, I have noticed when purchasing items in the past.
