help

Hi i had some malware infect my computer last night my internet search engine mozilla stopped workin what ever you look for no results came up. So i retstared the computer and a blue screen came up and restarted the laptop. So i started it up in safe mode and downloaded ad-aware because i got a link to it from windows screen that popped up ran a full scan on it and caught a level ten of malware. so i removed it and restarted the laptop again. this time it loaded up it said i should remove software as my windows vista failed an autenity check so i removed ad-aware and so i did that i restarted again and again it a blue screen came up and restarted the laptop. So i started it up in safe mode with networking and came on to boards and used the comidian and old timer and when i reboot a window appeared say internet explore not workin and another saying google launcher came up ( at least i think it said google). In the process of this happening some where along the line a window came up and said windows stopped working.

Can anyone help as this is doing my head in?
