Remove paint from window frames

Any ideas on how to remove paint from PVC window frames. I've tried using some of the basic cleaners and even scraping them but I don't want to do any damage.

What sort of PVC? How much and what sort of paint?

i got a pvc cleaner from the fella who done my pvc and it worked. lethal stuff, you may need a mask or at least have the windows open.

It's just standard indoor paint, where a few bits got onto the frames, it's brown pvc windows. Must try to get some of that pvc cleaner. Thanks

Brown PVC usually has that fake wood grain effect. You'll need a toothbrush to get paint out of those little grooves. Someone mentioned PVC cleaner, no expereince of that...for clean-up I use a product called Oops, which is safe for most surfaces...it will gently dissolve the emulsion. It comes in a little 200ml pump spray, costs about 8 quid and works...for tight corners and such spray it onto the toothbrush and rub gently with that...it'll stop you taking paint off the plaster surfaces on the reveals...
