Looking for some help here, have wasted whole morning trying to fix computer. Think it has got spyware or what ever you call it. Do i need to bring it to computer technician or is it possible to fix it myself (money big issue at minute). What is best free software or is there something i should purchase online or otherwise to install. Keep getting pop ups. Thanks

    Hi JMULL,

You can download a program called Malwarebytes (this searches for viruses, malware, spyware etc) from www.download.com

It is a free program and will quarantine & remove any threats found (for free).

    I hope this helps.

    Compgeek.

(I am open to any correction or clarification of what is mentioned above).
